As a participant of the FZ project with Argonne National Laboratory, Shihui was invited to attend the FZ workshop in Sarasota, Florida. The workshop provides an opportunity for computer scientists to meet with domain experts from around the world to discuss the challenges of data compression in various applications, including climate simulation, seismology, quantum computing, cosmology, and more.
